This is the reception region of DETOUR 2012: Style Renegade: (非常) 瞬變公共空間 Prototyping Public Space, an event organised by 香港設計大使 Hong Kong Ambassadors of Style.

The identity of the occasion is made by Civic Center, a creative studio primarily based in New Orleans. Founded by Candy Chang and James A. Reeves in 2010, Civic Center blend art, design and style, education, writing, and music into projects inspired by cities. Civic Center believes that our public spaces must spark conversation among strangers, make the machinery of the city far more accessible, and restore a sense of dignity to all.

Unlike most of my panoramic photography, this 1 is stitched employing a video supply. I wanted to document the event in videography anyway, so I shot the video and then developed frame grabs from the videos.
